Two young people have been discovered guilty of kidnapping two brothers aged two and four right after thieving a car and driving off with the little ones within.
The youths, aged 15 at the time, claimed they did not know the young boys were being strapped in the back seats when the pair took the Nissan Take note from the Selly Park location of Birmingham in February.
The children’s father experienced been dropping off food items at a friend’s dwelling at the time and was left crying hysterically in the street as the vehicle sped off, the city’s magistrates’ court docket heard.
